RENTAL RATES, GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates:
Rental rates fluctuate based on high/low season rental periods and duration of stay. High season is June 15 to September 15, Christmas/New Years and Easter. Please Enquire.

Minimum Stay:
Duration of rental in accordance with Canmore Land Use Bylaw

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking:
Upon receiving your request for a booking, we will confirm the availability and provide you with a rate for your desired stay. We accept payment by VISA or Mastercard. A payment of 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. We will confirm the receipt of the rental deposit. Full payment of the rental rate is required 90 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation:
Cancellation notice must be received 60 days prior to the commencement of the first day of the applicable rental period to qualify for a refund. Valhalla Mountain Retreat is willing to accept cancellations and provide 100% refund if we are able to rent the applicable rental period at the same rate to another party. If we are unable to obtain a replacement guest, 50% of the rental rate will be refunded.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required to compensate for any potential damages occurring during the rental period by the renter and their guests. The liability for damages is NOT limited to the amount of the damage deposit. Payment of the security deposit is due 15 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit ($600.00 Cdn per rental period) will be refunded (less applicable charges for damages, if any) within 15 days of the end of the rental period.

Smoking:
We are a non-smoking residence. Smoking receptacles are provided on the decks.

Pets:
Sorry, no pets permitted.

Home occupation:
The maximum number of individuals, excluding children under 3 years of age is 12.

Arrival / Departure:
Arrival: 2:00 p.m. or later on the first day of rental period
Departure: noon or earlier on the last day of rental period.
